Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Outpatient Services
Valerie Ostrander became the Brattleboro Retreat's Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management in February 2023 after serving for six months in a consulting role. Linda is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Valerie is certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and a Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management (CSPPM). She brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the Retreat including revenue cycle management roles with hospital providers, as well as Big-4 and mid-level consulting firms.
