Kali Strickland, PhD, is a clinician at the Brattleboro Retreat. Her expertise includes the treatment of anxiety and depression. Kali received her BS from the University of Vermont, and an MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Montana. She has received training and supervision in multiple treatment settings, including Curry Health Counseling Services, Partnership Health Center, St. Patrick Hospital, and the University of Montana.

Kali enjoys working with diverse patients of all backgrounds. She approaches case-conceptualization from a biopsychosocial perspective. Her primary theoretical orientations are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT and integrative.

Kali’s clinical specialties and interests include working with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, health behavior change concerns, and substance use disorders. Her research interests include stigma surrounding mental health treatment.
