How the interpersonal process works is central in Gina’s approach to therapy.  Her therapeutic style is person centered, focusing on emotions and experiences in life both past and present. She believes sense of self, relationships to others, interpersonal boundaries and values are important elements of a healthy life. Gina sees therapy as an opportunity to reflect on our lives and to identify patterns that may have developed personally or interpersonally and may no longer be useful in the present moment.
