Victoria Cliche is an LMSW clinician specializing in the mental health, emotional resilience, and developmental growth of adolescents and their families. She earned her Master of Social Work from Westfield State University and Bachelor of Science in Communication from Syracuse University.

Victoria’s clinical framework is informed by her prior career experience navigating and shaping complex human systems. Her focus was on the design and implementation of comprehensive training curricula to support and shape culture and performance in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Victoria has extensively coached individuals and teams in communication and behavior modification to achieve personal and team goals.

As Executive Director of the Creative Education Foundation, Victoria oversaw and facilitated the CEF YouthWise® Program conducted in the US and South Africa which supported youth in developing personal and community leadership skills by integrating self-awareness (values, skills, and interests) and by utilizing the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Process. Victoria also worked with Newtown, CT youth in 2016 as a facilitator of the youth “ARC: Aspire. Reach. Confidence” program of the 12.14 Foundation that focused on “helping children reach their full potential through development programs designed to promote grit, resilience, and well-being” by utilizing a strengths-based model to support youth in self-discovery, personal development, and growth in the face of trauma.

In her clinical work, which centers evidence-based practices, Victoria translates her expertise into actionable support for individuals and families. She draws on clinical experience in crisis intervention, university counseling, client placement in care networks and private practice. Victoria has benefitted and grown from raising children to adulthood, advocating for individuals with special needs, caring for elderly relatives, and processing and integrating her NYC 9/11 experience, which brought her and her family to New England. Victoria utilizes journaling, LEGO® collecting, problem-solving, walking in nature and an enjoyment of music to maintain her personal wellness which contributes to a successful long-term marriage and personal and family fulfillment.
