Dominic Denning, M.S., is an advanced practicum student at the Brattleboro Retreat and a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He earned his B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Nevada Reno and his M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Dominic has significant experience working with adults in various settings, including inpatient units, partial hospitalization, and outpatient clinics. He has provided individual and group therapy to patients experiencing high suicide risk, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+ populations. He has provided full-model Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure protocols for anxiety and specific phobias. His therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative with cognitive behavioral and third-wave cognitive behavioral techniques.
