David Price, LCMHC, LADC is a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia State University in 1985 and received a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas in 1989. He has worked with adolescents and adults with a variety of issues. He has received extensive training in trauma treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing and sexual addiction treatment.
David's specialty areas include trauma/abuse, co-occurring disorders, LGBT issues, sexual addiction, adolescents, mood disorders and families. David seeks to create a supportive counseling relationship while assisting clients to develop coping skills and new core beliefs. His philosophy is that all clients can find healing if allowed to discover their inner strengths.
In his spare time David enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling.
