Dr. Krasnow completed his post-graduate residency training in a combined program in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Indiana University. He has practiced Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for five years prior to joining the Retreat in November of 2013.

Tracey Krasnow, MD, is a native of New England. He grew up in southern New Hampshire and holds three degrees--a bachelor's degree in Biology from St. Michael's College in Vermont, a master's degree in Biomedical Science from Barry University in Florida, and a medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies.

He became board certified in General Psychiatry in April of 2009 and board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in November of 2010. His special interests include autism and psychoneuroendocrinology.
