In this session, we’ll be exploring practices that establish and reinforce the habit of being kind to oneself, recognizing moments when suffering is happening, and how to take steps to alleviate that suffering. Among the ideas we’ll explore in this session is the difference between “sitting with discomfort” and acting to reduce that discomfort.
