The Brattleboro Retreat's Uniformed Service Program (USP), in partnership with Verizon, launched the USP Aftercare Outpost in April 2013--a secure, confidential, online information and training resource to help you when your time in USP is over.
Health Information and Resources
Aftercare Outpost provides health information and resources for USP alumni covering specific topics that will assist you in your recovery and help you maintain the level of health and fitness that leads to better living.
The USP Aftercare Outpost helps keep alumni connected to what they learned during their stay with us. And we're also able to share with you what's new at the USP.
Struggling to Remember How to Apply the Skills You Learned in USP?
Aftercare Outpost can help. Now you can log in to the Outpost securely from your home or office and access a variety of resources that will help you remember, and sharpen, your skills:
- a blog
- news including the latest trends in healthcare
- links to articles and resources.
Are you interested in life-long support and resources for your family?
Aftercare Outpost can help. Our commitment to you and your family doesn’t end when you leave the USP. We'll provide resources that can help you and your family reunite and create a supportive and compassionate environment for returning to valued living.
Would you like to share your experiences and help support other USP alumni?
Aftercare Outpost can help. Our social network will connect you to other USP alumni in a safe and secure online forum.
