Susan Pickford, RN-C, is the Clinical Nurse Manager of the Retreat's inpatient program for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender individuals (LGBT). She received her nursing degree from Concord Technical College in New Hampshire and has served in the Merrimack County AIDS Coalition. Susan comes to the Retreat from Manchester Mental Health in New Hampshire where she served as the Staff Nursing Supervisor. Prior to that, she was the Clinical/Nurse Manager of two units at Hampstead Hospital in Hampstead, NH.
