The Oldest & Largest Early Learning Center in Southern Vermont learning through play

The Mulberry Bush Early Learning Center is a year-round early learning center open to families in Brattleboro and surrounding communities, as well as employees of the Brattleboro Retreat. The Mulberry Bush has been in operation for more than 20 years.

Hours of Operation

  • The Mulberry Bush Early Learning Center is open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and in-service dates.
  • Information is included in our financial packet concerning late pick-ups. Any late fees will be charged to your monthly tuition.

 

Drop Off & Pick Up

It is important that parents drop off and pick up their children at the times they have requested on their enrollment form and parent contract. Staffing at the center is set up to cover only these hours. The Mulberry Bush Early Learning Center is closed on the following holidays:

  • January--New Year's Day
  • February--President's Day
  • May--Memorial Day
  • July--Independence Day
  • September--Labor Day
  • November--Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
  • December--Christmas Day

 

The center will also be closed for pre-scheduled in-service staff trainings and facility maintenance. Families will be notified well in advance of these dates.
