The Lawton Hall 100th Anniversary Gala held on Saturday, September 15, raised more than $80,000 to help seed the Brattleboro Retreat's new endowment fund. Also that night, former Board of Trustees member Larry Cassidy was honored with the 2012 Anna Marsh Award for advocacy on behalf of people with mental illness and addiction.
