Jenny Karstad, MA, LADC

Jenny Karstad is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. She received her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England in 2004. Her clinical work experience includes providing mental health counseling and evaluation for elementary age school children and providing substance abuse and dual diagnosis counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Jenny has extensive experience working with drug- and alcohol-dependent persons who are in very early recovery. Her professional interests include working with clients who present with trauma and other co-occurring (dual diagnosis) mental health issues, LGBT clients, and using mindfulness as a therapeutic tool.
