Frederick "Fritz" Engstrom, MD

Dr. Fritz Engstrom received his medical degree from the University of Rochester. He is board certified in general psychiatry, and his expertise includes evaluating and treating people who who require medication for problems including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In additon to his role as Medical Director at the Brattleboro Retreat, Dr. Engstrom teaches extensively at symposia across the country. He is also the author of the book Movie Clips for Creative Mental Health Education.
