Darcy Gingerich, M.Ed., LCMHC, LADC, is a Senior Program Therapist and practicing psychotherapist. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and holds two master’s degree from Ohio University—an MFA in Acting and an M.Ed. in Counseling. Her expertise includes the treatment of trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Her diverse clientele includes people with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) issues. She employs a creative, eclectic approach to psychotherapy that combines psychodynamic, relational, humanistic and cognitive behavioral methods. Outside of work, Darcy enjoys attending agility classes with her miniature poodle, Harry.
